I absolutely adore Lake Tahoe. I don't know anyone who has been and hasn't been mesmerized by it's sheer beauty.  It's also where my husband Brian and I eloped in 2012. We eloped in a garden setting in the South side of Lake Tahoe and celebrated with dinner and champagne on the beach after. Our ceremony was modest, however it made me dream of designing a romantic elopement on the beach. Last winter, I got to fulfill my dream when I collaborated with some amazing vendors on a stylized elopement I designed and planned. I had so much fun designing the shoot and was over joyed when I heard that one of the most popular wedding blogs in the world, Strictly Weddings featured it.   

The setting was the unspoilt beach at Sand Harbor under the snow capped majestic Sierra Mountain range in the background. The color palette for this shoot features antique gold and scarlet red.
